This app is absolutely dreadful! It does not allow me to access stories or messages at all (which is pretty much the reason for its existence), it has been this way for months, and I wish that our childcare provider would not use it. I see that at the time of writing this, it has an average rating of 1.7 from hundreds of reviews, so clearly I'm not the only one having a bad experience!

Used to be ok but with a clunky interface but now it forces log out every time you leave the app and never remembers your log in details, so I have to do the full log in every time I want to use it. Also, says that it's saving images to my camera roll and then just...doesn't? REALLY needs a patch, seems like the latest update has just broken a lot of features.

There must have been an update and the app is now unusable. Can't open anything on there, can't save photos, doesn't upload stories and photos or videos properly. Fix it please, as I want to be able to use it. Very unhappy.

The last 2 updates have left me unable to access any information from my daughter's kinder. It won't even load for me anymore. I have uninstaller and reinstalled, force closed, logged out and then back in but it doesn't make any difference.

UPDATE: Newer updates still don't work. Trying to open anything takes so long or needs 20 - 30 taps. Can only use the web app in Full Site mode still. ------- Only seems to work in Full Site mode.
