Really poor app, it's an absolute shame that people can lose their job over a score which a useless app has inflicted on them. Once you've started your route go to settings and force stop the app. Only open it up again when you need to end your route. Guaranteed 5 stars everytime.

Dosen't work well if you are trying to do work on hills. It will take points from you for trying to take off on a steep hill and pushing on the gas hard enough to get going. In general, this is one of the WORST driving apps I have ever used. I think Amazon needs to look into a different company. They also need to get their calibration re done for locations. I have never been so disappointed.

Absolute garbage app. It's such a bad app and I hate that Amazon partnered with them. I drive the van the same way everyday. I get dinged for stuff I didn't even do. It's poor at detecting everything. Like the other reviews I agree its actually completely unsafe to have this app. They want you to become a hazard on the road just to have a good score. It also sucks that Amazon takes this dumb score so seriously. I've seen people lose their jobs over it. Mentor your app is trash. Cant be fixed.

Rather do slow break and crash or worse. This app is completely vogues. It teach drivers to slow break but what if someone pop up from driveway or a person or a kid step in the road? Still do slow break!! Same goes with the acceleration , in lot of situations driver need to speed up into traffic to merge in or from driveway .... Amazon still letting it slip and forcing to use this app for their drivers. After all if the driver get into accident it's their own record towards their license.

This app doesnt know the difference between a good driver and a rock. I literally get "5 star" trips one day then the next day "3 stars" and 5 "phone manipulations" when i dont even have my phone on job while driving, nor do o do anything differently. The app chooses when it feels like working and when it feels like screwing you over. If youre a company thats considering using this app, id really consider looking elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. App managers won't get back to you in a timely fashion, even if the metrics or the route they recorded you wasn't even you. When they do respond it's with condescending canned responses like they think you're a complete idiot. It doesn't even remotely work as well as they think it does, not even half as well. Would give it negative 5 stars if I could.
