Wiped all my favourites halfway through my visit, losing all my plans for the festival. Before it started this year I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to load the shows. The app is an exercise in frustration. Almost unbelievable that it could be worse this year than in the past.

would be a good app but it just doesn't update purchased tickets properly. They show on 'order history' but not on the planner or up coming shows. That makes it pointless imo and I'm better off using something else to plan. I have fibre connection, 5G wifi and 256GB memory on my phone so my connection etc is fine. I've also had the app over a week now and it's not syncing the tickets bought a few days ago. It has synced the ones I bought at the start. It really should be better.

as a further reply to my first review, I do have a strong data signal and I have ample storage, the problem is with the app. this happens whether at home on my very good wifi signal or away with a very good 4g signal. I have loads of storage available on both my tablet and phone. the problem occurs on both devices. no problems last year on same devices. their is obviously a glitch with your app. don't try to put the onus on my devices.

Booked tickets for over half a dozen shows on my desktop. After several hours (on wifi connection) and several attempts at re-opening the app, none of these show up in my bookings, though they do in the order history. Not very useful in its current iteration.

Pretty good. Much easier to search for stuff than using the book. The "nearby now" function particularly useful as is the ability to book tickets from the app. Things to improve: 1) Ability to leave and see reviews from the app would enrich the experience. 2) The big one - why are are we still faffing about with collecting paper tickets? Surely you can either incorporate mobile tickets into the app or work with someone like Eventbrite?

Used this app for years and no problems. This year I can't get it to do anything. "Data syncing. Please do not quit the app." And that's it. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same message. Please make it work like it used to.
