They are incredibly fast, customer service is top notch, the app is pretty good, they have a referral programme and discounts every now and then, the delivery people are very polite, and the range of products includes very interesting local brands e.g. beer and ice-cream. They are not the cheapest but for an occasional shopping they totally deserve 5 stars. There are many similar services these days but I'm genuinely impressed with this one. Well done.

The app doesn't work. After going through the payment process the app doesn't register the order. This happened twice and now I'm waiting on customer support do something about it. That takes an obscene amount of time and they offer no compensation whatsoever since they will just refund the money after a week or so. Don't waste time with this app.

I was sceptical at first but it really was within ten minutes, polite riders and even a free banana coupled with a handwritten greeting card to top off the experience A great way to keep customers coming back for sure. The only thing holding me back from a full 5 Star review is the pricing, I realise we're paying a premium for convenience but if you can bring the prices down to a more competitive rate it'll really go a long way. Great work, you guys definitely have a bright future.

I downloaded the app and made my first order. I could see the money charge on my bank account, but the order was nowhere to be found in the app. Tried to contact customer service after this. Didn't find any phone number so I used their chatbot. Their estimated time of reply was 30 minutes?? This alone is really bad, as most orders take less time than that. But what's worse is that after 40 minutes now they have not given me a single answer. I paid for nothing and they're not willing to fix it.

Just tried ordering breakfast. The app tells me that ALL my articles are not available and empties my shopping cart. I tried several times and all kinds of products with the same result. The customer service doesn't answer me at all (there is only the option to chat). All in all, an extremely bad shopping experience. Also, no breakfast for me today since I relied on them.

Absolute no go. Half of the already tiny selection of items is constantly unavailable, and a some of what you order will not be delivered without note, thereby defiying the purpose of having ingredients for a recipe in 10 minutes.
