Not loading bookshelf, so can't get past the login screen. It's great to get free access for my children's books during Covid-19. But I can't use my tablet to make the books accessible. Please can you fix this problem or make the books accessible online on a tablet instead of through an app.

I have difficulties logging in to the app with the correct log in details. It crashes numerous times as I try to scroll through the book shelf. There is an option to download books to use offline on your device but I don't think it works even though it doesn't give you any error message. Very frustrating and disappointing.

We can't use the desktop version as it requires the app to view the books, but the app won't accept the passwords we have been assigned, when the desktop version does. Would of thought access would of been a bit easier due to the current situation. Useless app.

This app is broken. I can't even log in, it just gives me a NULL value error. This app was poorly coded and does not work, do not install this, it's broken.

Crashes when I open it with the error message "unable to load bookshelf". Makes sense, since you haven't updated in in 5 YEARS. It used to work fine.

i gave 3 stars because it almost what I need. On my previous device (window) I was able to do almost anything with my eBooks. Like watch a video clip, download resources, highlight keywords to study etc. But now I got a android tablet and I can't do the things I used to do which is disappointing. Because it is hard to look for the page I'm looking for, highlight keywords and also have to open my edco learning account on chrome to get the resources I need. Please make android the easy as Windows.
