About this app

The Man Behind Z Physique:
In 2009, I walked away from the corporate world and decided to follow my passion to become a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer.

My journey started when I was given my first weight set at 10 years old, and always loved hiking, biking and weight lifting from an early age. It was just a part of my daily life.

In 2009, I converted my garage space into a Personal Training Studio and started training clients. Z Physique Personal Training Studio was born. My clients quickly thrived in this very exclusive and nurturing environment.

Fast forward to 2016. My wife and I wanted to start a family and we became licensed foster parents. Now that my availability to train clients in person has changed, I once again worked very hard to design a new way where I can still train people, just now I do it virtually though my online apps.

All my knowledge and tools are now available through my Online Store, so you can benefit wherever you live! And I'm always just an email, Skype or phone call away for personal service.

As I like to say, my success is based on the success of each and every one of my clients.
