Berryflip is the first e-commerce community platform where to meet people and send gifts, in real time, from everywhere to everywhere.
Berryflip allows its users to get in touch with old and new friends and shops, called Berryspots, in which to offer or buy gifts, also in real time, according to tastes and position of the recipients.
Gifts on Berryflip are called Berry (both in singular and plural cases).
Berryflip also offers to merchants the opportunity to know and select new customers, to whom they can send promotional gifts. So Berryflip users receive, therefore, every day, not just promotions or discount coupons, but real, authentic free gifts: Berry to be collected at the commercial activities of the Berryflip network.

How Berryflip works
In Berryflip, users can search and be searched by other users.
Each user has his own public profile that summarizes generalities, preferences and the number of Berry sent and received.

In the main window users can choose to display:
a map showing users and Berryspots real time location
a timeline showing whats' hot about latest Berry made and received by friends or news from favorite Berryspots

From the upper toolbar, users can choose to view the timeline or map, check in at a Berryspot, access the latest notifications (if any) or open the main menu, which gives access to:

-My profile
-My Berry, where to check the Berry (gift or gifts) sent and received and their status

- Map
- Check-in, to share presence at Berryspots;
- Users
- Berryspots
- Wishlist, to share personal tastes and preferences
- Recharge, to top up your Berryflip credit and manage payment methods (without which you can not send gifts, but only receive)

How to send a Berry (gift)
By clicking wherever the strawberry button is present, you can send a Berry (gift).
Depending on the button pressed, some data needed to send a Berry may already be preloaded.

The sequence of the requested data is:
- recipient
- Berryspot where to collect the Berry
- object of Berry
- short optional message
- payment of the Berry, through one of the payment systems provided or through your preloaded credit.

When a Berry is received, a push notification appears (you also receive an email); opening it, you will see:
- Berry received
- sender
- Berryspot in which to collect it
- message, if present
- remaining time to accept.

By accepting the Berry, the recipient and the manager of the Berryspot receive a unique code.
By presenting your code to the Berryspot manager, you can collect the Berry. In case of a Berry sent and not accepted within 48 hours, the amount remains available on the sender's credit to purchase new Berry.

App Permissions

Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
