Un trou sur la chaussée, des encombrants sur le trottoir, un problème d’éclairage dans une rue, ou encore un stationnement abusif, l’application vous permet de signaler rapidement ce problème, en prenant une photo de celui-ci et en le géolocalisant via l’application. Ces informations sont directement transmises aux services de la ville afin que le problème soit traité dans les meilleurs délais.

Ce service permet à la fois une intervention plus rapide de la part des services, mais aussi pour l’usager, un suivi du traitement de sa demande, de sa prise en compte à la résolution du problème.
