This app didn't work with my Moto G6. I got some very variable results. At first it wouldn't see the Solution lighting board on the network, but it eventually appeared. I spent some time starting the app but just got failed connection message. Slightly frustrating as it DID work once or twice, so I kept trying rebooting phone, app and desk but couldn't find a sequence that worked consistently. Eventually installed on a Samsung S7 and it gives perfect on/off remote control for setup.

Doesnt work with my motorola x play, which uses android 7.1 I can connect to the router easily enough, but the desk will not connect through to phone. a colleague's samsung connects everytime, as does his ipad and another samsung phone.

Very disappointed! I used to use this app nearly every day at work but
since the recent update after linking to the desk the app completely
freezes and there no touch response at all!! Please fix this MAJOR bug?

It was working on my iPhone. But it doesn't work on my android phone. It connects to the desk, shows the first channels screen but, no touch response afterwards.
