I would consider subscribing, but I installed the app on my phone and I cannot even launch it--it crashes instantly. And I know it's good since I have tried it on a tablet, but I'm not going to buy unless I can use it on the phone, it's just more convenient. I have sent a crash report and I will check from time to time to see if the issue has been resolved.

It is not well code structure. I use last version of Andorid software system although the app keeps stopping. When I delete and reinstall my 1 year subscription was lost on my account. I tried to reach the app but no one respond, it is annoying

program downloaded successfully, installed without any issue. however, while opening the program, it is not responding and gaves error. device is Xiaomi Mi9 on Android platform. this program is working with another Xiaomi devices, but on this one not responding. please support and give some advice what to do. or find and fix programe error to make it available for all users.
