I placed an order and it got ordered twice and I didn't get any intimation of my first order. Finally the service provider gave both the orders to me and I landed up bundling twice the same order. The app has a technical glitch and has to be improved.

First of all kudos for bringing this platform to Salem. We don't see a lot of apps that support Tier 2 cities. What I wish for them to improve is their mode of operation. Overall ord to dlvry process shld b improved. When a prod is not avail, connect with custmr to workout on alternatives. Refunding to wallet is NA, which I need to spend 450 to utilize it. I am not even reviewing the individual product that got delivered. Set ur standards high and ppl will really support you

Delivery date is always busy for Nextel 3 days and no further option to proceed. After selecting all the way to cart items ,it is disappointing to see that delivery date is busy. This option should have given at first itself.🙄
