Very accurate from where I'm from, the best and most error-free way of finding the qiblah is to use a map. I don't know how they will solve the North American qiblah problem though.

Direction from my home is NE but according to this app it is SE. This app works as if earth is flat surface. I m uninstalling it so that I can pray in correct Qibla direction.

Stop misleading people. Earth is not flat. It's a globe Like a ball. Checkout moonsighting . Com to get exact qibla direction. 5 star if u fix this according to that.
