Edit: after I posted my original review I found out later that the app is gone forever. While it was always kind of buggy I loved it. I just wish there was better notification of their closing since I've now lost years of rare and coveted songs I would have never found w/out 8 tracks. Theres no way I could remember them all and now they're gone forever. As someone who used to support the app this is extremely frustrating and disheartening. I'll probably never find most of those songs again >:'(

It was fun while it lasted. I'm having the same issue as others: I live in the US and am told its unavailable. But I've issues with this app for awhile. Skipping tracks, skipping playlist, freezing, shutting down randomly. I've always been a huge fan of 8tracks and it was the only music app I relied on. I hope to come back in the future if or when they fix issues.

I have been a fan of 8tracks for a long time and I really enjoy this app. However, for at least a year now, I have had issues with connection to Bluetooth devices, and now I get a notification sound every time a song ends and every time I press play or pause, and several times if ever a song is buffering. These might all be issues on my end, but this wasnt the case more than a year ago. Otherwise, it's a fantastic app. Will give 5 stars if this is fixed.

I've used this app for years now and there are things I love and dislike. I don't like that there is a VAST difference on what one can and cannot on the app vs the website, most importantly not being able to sort playlists into collections. Most recently though, why the hell is it giving me a notification EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. A. NEW. SONG. STARTS. I don't know who's idea it was, but its more annoying than commercials on youtube. Change it for the love of uninterrupted music!!! 🤣😭🤣

I love this app. The music is amazing and the playlists are always perfect. This is the place I go to find the exact music I'm looking for. Unfortunately it never works right with any devices. It doesn't cast to any Google devices and pauses after every song making it practically unusable. If the technical glitches could get sorted out this could be the best music app I've ever used.

I am so sad that I can't get 8 tracks anymore. It was the easiest to navigate music aop with the widest selction of music. I'm now forced to try other apps, but so far, none of them have what I'm looking for when I search different genres. I don't understand why I get the message that it no longer serves my area because it stopped serving outside the US and Canada. I live on the East Coast of the US. So this ahouldn't apply, right?
