This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Dwell: Audio Bible on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I guess you can't highlight anything while reading and listening to the Bible? And I'm actually checking out new Bible apps to find one where you can hold down the cursor like your trying to copy 1 word, and it will pull the Biblical definition for that word up in a box on the side, very great. But this no highlighting thing is a pass for me.

Update: the fix recommended here worked great. Not sure where the initial response was sent but I've not seen it yet. Original: At first it was great but now, after several months, it is constantly having issues. It randomly skips to the next chapter rather than staying on the one that I selected and now today it is just randomly choosing what it wants. I used the option to report a bug several times and nothing has changed. My husband is having the same issue with his.

great app! many ways to listen to the gospel!! and easy to just turn it on whenever I'm working out, cleaning, or just chilling, there are many options such as voices, background music (optional) and audio speed, this is by far the best biblical app out there! it's one that only sticks to what the Bible truly says, and if it helps you can read along with the audio Wich I find very helpful to really get it in my head and remember it, not to mention how many plans there are. stay strong 🙏🙏

This is such an amazing Bible app. I love everything about it, it has several Bibles in a Year plans and dozens of shorter plans, as well as just jumping into each book. You can change little settings, like audio speed, voice, and background audio. It's fantastic!

Dwell has been a wonderful addition to my spiritual life. I am someone who enjoys listening to podcasts while I'm doing work or relaxing. I began to feel convicted that I spent more time hearing what other people had to say about God, rather than going and just hearing from Him first hand. Having a high quality audio Bible has been an amazing transition. I still love a good podcast, but having such a high quality option to hear the Bible has been invaluable! I recommend this to anyone curious!

I finally purchased this app for life! I used it yearly, but was too poor for a season and had to go without it. Once I had a little extra, I purchased it for life so I never have to go without again! I use this app in addition to my daily devotions. I let it play while I fall asleep, when I do chores and, my favorite, I set down with my Bible and let the app keep me focused as I read along HUGE portions of Scripture; this helps me get a big, over-arching understanding of Biblical themes!

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
