Excellent app, but Every time I try to activate duplexplay for my LG smart TV through either my mobile (android app) or laptop (windows app) a message appear saying "server is not ready, please try again later", So I activated my android mobile app and tried to transfer activation to my tv but also error message appear "Unexpected error occurred pls restart your device and try again", What should I do now?

hello, i have installed the app for android TV (Xiaomi Mi Box S, Media Player with Hard Disk, 8 GB, 4K). hence i am using the remote control to access the app options, i can only reach sort & groups buttons. i cant move to favorites and the others boutons, so i can not create my own favorite list. please advcie.
