I wanted to download the app on my Samsung Galaxy, and it said it waa not compatable. I downloaded the other one and it is complete garbage. I went online to registred the dd card and to sign up for perks, but it is not letting me, or is it allowing me to add more money. Very disappointing!!!! I highly doubt I will ever use this again

I have money on the old app an unable to open this new one.i have sent a number of emails and have not heard anything back.i used this all the time now I cant.you stole my money I had on my old app. someone needs to fix this and give me back my money.

Could not get it to work on Samsung Galaxy The installation didn't follow as the installation video described. Very disappointing.

Does DD hate Samsung Galaxy- just wanted to upgrade the app because the phone says current app is no longer recognized or some such nonsense. It seems the upgrade isn't recognized either. Getting coffee used to be easy.

I had the app for a long time January 18 2019 can't access my app on my Samsung not compatible waited 40 minutes for dd customer service finally hung up sent emails nothing
