Tolong diperbaiki sistemnya, sy melakukan transaksi pembelian listrik prabayar tgl 8 juli 2019 pkl. 20.09 wib sampai sekarang 9 juli 2019 pkl. 05.30 wib statusnya masih unpaid pdhl sy sudah melakukan pembayaran saat invoice diemail. untuk transaksi spti ini yg sifatnya mendesak, aplikasi ini sangat tidak membantu. cust service juga tidak 24 jam. jika belum sanggup melakukan transaksi yg bersifat mendesak spti ini jgn dimasukkan ke aplikasi.
