I really like this app but the premium service is kinda pricey. I have no problems paying that much but all at once you should be able to do installments. I’m not able to get online everyday, it would seem like a real waste of money if I’m only on two or three times a week. I wouldn’t mine if it was a month at a time. What if I got the six months plans and found someone in a month then what, could I cancel and get the remaining months refunded?

POF was a godsend for me, I signed up on a whim, and was overwhelmed by the amount of messages I was receiving but I carefully took my time to look through them nonetheless and I was becoming discouraged and decided maybe this was a mistake. I was just about to delete my account when a conversation with a stranger caught my attention. He was so pleasant, funny, engaging, and interesting. We took our conversation offline and met up. Fast forward two years later we have a baby, we’ve blended our families, and were weeks away from our wedding. I am so grateful for POF for meeting my soulmate! A close friend of mine also is engaged to someone she met on pof and they have a child as well. So it works people! Well it worked for us. Lol

So using the website, I often get a ton of pop ups and false webpages for the site asking for personal information. Even better, the website will often crash when submitting a message or tell me an active user is no longer on/remains. The app helps with what seems like an uncared for website on mobile and doesn’t seem secure. I really enjoy using Pof, but I really think some issues need to be fixed on the website.

This used to be a good app but here lately there has been a few things going wrong like sending messages to people I never sent messages to and now I am signed out of my account and cannot log back in. I have tried to reset my password but every time I put in my email to send the link to reset my password I don’t receive it.. Please help solve this issue!

Thank you for the site and the free of charge possibility to meet new people . I would really wish if there were less fake profiles, as they truly complicate the search and discourage the ones who really want to find someone for serious and long term relationship. I have been on the site for about five years and met a lot of fakes. Sometimes one and the same picture goes different descriptions and stories. I could have been a great help if you needed to.

Confession – thought I would try Bumble so I hid my POF account. After a few weeks, the quality of men didn’t seem to even come close to your site. Additionally, they actually would not allow a picture of me and my little two-year-old niece facing the water although I had three other pictures with my face very clearly visible. The picture was so wholesome and sweet. All that showed was my shoulders in a bathing suit and my niece and myself, gazing at the water. After they declined that picture, I blasted them in an email and promptly deleted my account. Keep up your good work!!!"
