I had lots of trouble getting connected originally and ended up creating a new account and that worked. When the app works it's great. I used it on a 3 day trip over 1600 miles and loved it when it connected. In the last day I couldn't get it connected to my bike and also couldn't and the current trip. I just uninstalled it and will reinstall to get it working but I lost all the data from that trip as a result.

This app has a very hard time working. The bike is connected to Bluetooth and phone recognizes bike. However app does not recognize Bluetooth. With such a problem app I don't want to sit there with the bike running trying to make the app work. I just want to ride. Makes my rides very unpleasant. I wish they never offered it. Totally frustrating. LG 3G but works with iPhone.

My 2016 Multistrada and my Moto X 2nd Gen are paired correctly and work properly, however Multistrada Link App insists there is no Bluetooth connection active even though there is. I cannot use the app because it won't recieve data from the bike.

Great potential.. If it worked reliably. Mostly says no Bluetooth even though the phone is connected to the bike, calls recieved but still this app says no Bluetooth. Very frustrating. Only managed to record 1 complete ride. No exit option, so consumes battery, have to close externally, so you have to log in again and often won't allow that without several attempts. Really poor app. Such a shame. Ducati... Please fix it

I've tried several times to connect the bike with this app, including reinstalling. The phone doesn't fail to connect with the multi on bluetooth but the app refuses to connect. Very disappointed. If there's a solution I'd love to hear about it.

App recognises my bike as a 2015 Multistrada S when it is a 2016 Enduro. Also unable to close the app within the app. I have to "close all apps" just to close this one. Very unstable.

FUNCTIONS

Ducati Multistrada Link app is available for Android 4.4 or later

• Log in to the app with your Ducati account or create your profile now to make the most of your Multistrada's potentials and always be connected with the Ducati digital world.
• Set up your profile with a photo and user name and add your Multistrada or another of your bikes
• Once your Multistrada is connected, choose your riding style depending on the trip you're about to take on and get ready to have constant control over:

- the complete overview of your journeys (route, total km, riding modes, consumption and other data)
- your best performances (maximum speed, lean angle, power)
- all the bike's average overall usage values

• Save itineraries and add descriptions and pictures to your experience and publish them in the Routes Section
• Share your trip on social networks
• As you use Ducati Multistrada Link, you can unlock new badges related to your riding style and your experiences on the bike
