Not able to access many features. Worst experience

Kept saying that my information was wrong despite the fact that I had it all written out exactly as needed, thus preventing me from logging in to an otherwise important service. Fix your app.

The app keeps telling me that my credentials are invalid I've used the same info to log in numerous times. Even have it saved on passwords and it works and now its telling me its incorrect and I'm entering everything correct manually and even used passwords and both is saying it's invalid🤬

I think that this app is very helpful because even that you forget or lost your school ID at least you have it on your phone and some time we forget our emploid ID but now you just need to go to your app and you have it there

a phd couldn't help use this app. some links to nowhere or to places that have nothing to do with the info you are looking for. no search to find things. where things are catalogued to makes little sense.
