Most incompetent organization out there, classes start at 8am so I have to leave the house at 6 30 because I live in Zhuhai, yet when there's a typhoon 8 or the class are canceled, DSEJ only announces it after 7 ish after I've already crossed the border. Even the UN with it's corruption is more useful
