This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mixle - Meet. Mix. Mingle. on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I love this app. It gives you a direction and makes meeting new people around you very easy. My favorite thing about it is the "get me out of here" function where you can add contacts to keep you safer than other social apps out there.

I was asked to download Mixle and use to connect with other event attendees. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to check in at the event and connect with other like-minded attendees. The event group chat feature was awesome!

Worst app ever. Can't register at all without turn on my GPS. For what? Wanna take the responsibility if any bad things happen if scammers know my exact location? YOUR REPLY : GPS is required to see places around you and check in. Once checked in, you will be able to select an interest and connect with other users at that location. Please note, with GPS turned on, users WON’T see your exact location. Once matched with another user, you will be able to text chat and meet up. Hope this helps. Thank you! Well, tell that to hackers! Stupid developers. Once you got hacked, hackers could know everything.

Cannot login into the app, nor through fb, nor through G+. I signed up over fb, but when got back to mixle it was the same login page as befote. Tried fb login the second time, it said that I have already connected to Mixle with fb and to just to continue. Still it sends me back to first mixle login page. Not freezed or anything, every button (as info or t&c) on that screen works. Now I would like to remove my fb and g+ connected login from unworking app. Somehow.

About this app

Mixle connects users nearby in real time based on their current interests. It provides an easy-to-use interface that enables users to easily navigate the app, find a match, and instantly meet up offline.

Mixle also features an innovative “Get Me Out Of Here” button that allows users to share location details with designated contacts.

Here is how it works:
1. Download the free Mixle app.
2. Login using Facebook, Google+ or LinkedIn and complete your profile setup.
3. Check into a nearby place/event or skip and select an interest from a context-specific interest list.
4. Mixle matches you with other users nearby with similar interests. If both users accept, users can text chat and instantly meet up or join the group chat and engage others.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
