If I don't have another app on my phone, I WILL have this one! Deercast is the best of both worlds: the app computes all the relevant data and spits out the best times to hunt all easy peasy AND it also provides you all the resources to study deer when you have the time. You have the ability to learn everything the Drury brothers have taken decades to master at your fingertips! Can't put a price on all I have learned using the app the last 2 years!

This app was a complete waste of money. Weather predicitions were sub par, the "best days to hunt" is an absolute farce. Living in the NW apparently our white tailed deer are way different than the mid west or south or any other white tail deer on the planet. but whatever, an app will never make you a better hunter. My opinion, is dont waste your money on an app, waste it in the field....

great app. I use it every time I go into the woods. Definitely has helped me to hunt smarter. I watch all the video content and find it entertaining and informative. Two things about the future---please keep any future releases free or low cost. Also have feature where I can look back a week so I can compare my trail cam pics to the Deer cast for that day.

The weather tracking aspect has been fantastic in my opinion and been accurate every time. Now being a big fan, I can't see paying for the app in the coming years. That being said, you'd be paying for the video conent, not the hunting aspect of it, like anticipated. If you guys have a youtube channel (which I follow closely) there is no point in subscribing and paying a premium when there are other free apps that can give you weather. I understand you guys have incorporated phase breakdown into your app but the above average hunters out there and myself know how to play the weather. If it were to stay free or being a one time purchase price than I could see buying it, but not yearly subscription, just trying to put in some friendly feedback. Thanks for your time.

It's pretty slick. I wish you could get weather for your exact location like on a Garmin inreach. A few times I've gotten the weather for the nearest town and the wind is totally different. Also in their phases they say the end of November is the end of the rut. But here in Montana the last half of November is where it's at. But that's circumstantial.

There is a lot of valuable information on this app, and it is entertaining as well, however it seems to be very focused on midwestern hunting. I hunt in Mississippi and therefore even with the peak estrous date adjusted for my area, it still seems to be a bit out of touch with the deer movement and tactics. The deer just aren't as big and are not as easy to pattern in the highly pressured south. The topography, weather, and southern deer herd just aren't like those that the Drurys are used to.
