went to Wembley to watch a Gig and ended up going to the London Designer Outlets next to it. Wasn't planning on buying anything but the outlets are so well priced and having this service pick up and deliver while you're at a Gig is life changing.

The app seems to work well. It would be good to have some more info on the tracking side so that customers can know when it left the depot etc.

Followed the directions, went to scan the in-store QR code, 'The code doesnt exist'. Instructed to go to HELP but there is no help to be found
