Would have liked to know more but terms and conditions are not available anywhere. Not even available on their site. They replied with the Privacy policy. Terms and conditions of a car rental service replacing a car is what I want to read. Not the Privacy policy of the the website or app.

Idk who's crazy here. For the monthly cost you could pay rent, a car loan, insurance, gas and groceries.
