Best application in oman!!! I must say that I have tried several different on line platforms but drewel wowed my expectations.. First and foremost the app is efficient and super easy to use since everything is categorized in a very orderly format and this makes it easy to choose from the wide variety of products they have starting from baby care products, daily products, fresh products, gadgets, perfumes, household products and many more... App requested photo access ,no idea why .when refused the app just kept refreshing and getring stuck . Couldn't register as i never getban otp when i retried ti register it wouldnt allow me to do so stating that the email and phone numbers ade already in use . Make the app proppwr before releasing it to people and dont ask for unnecessary permissions as mandatory .

Do not order from this app. Its terrible i ordered fruits and vegetables and when they were delivered the Okra was spoilt i contacted them through WhatsApp i explained they asked for pictures which i sent then i never heard from them. Terrible customer service i will never order anything from then again. Save your money and time and order elsewhere.

The deleivery should improve and be more faster. Some of the fruits were not fresh . You need to put more fruits and vegetables options .
