I've had absolutely none of the issues most of the reviewers are writing about. As far as I'm concerned I've gotten to see cool shows I never would have seen otherwise with really not any of the other disgruntled nonsense. Fine streaming, fine searching, fine quality and customer support. I would recommend this if you enjoy horror slasher scifi and thrillers.

I got to browse the selection online a bit but it didn't seem like a lot of thrilling stuff was on there. I saw a couple of classics, but no movies that were actually worth while. Tried to download the app and it kept saying that an error occurred. It has a good start to be something good, but from all the other reviews to the problems I'm experiencing now I'm glad I caught it before I paid for the year subscription for me and my friend..

Don't even risk subscribing. Garbage customer service. Lost 5 days of my subscription that I paid for because the sub deactivated early for some reason. Provided all screenshots & receipts showing that it was supposed to be still active, but was told there's nothing they can do to refund or credit my days back because I paid through my google acct instead of to them directly. It was still money for my Shudder account that you got, just activate my acct for 5 more days instead of robbing people.

It's a great place for those who love the horror genre, the strange and twisted wonderful movies from old and new. Reason for 3 stars the app interface is one of the worst experiences i have had with any movie app keeps closing and cant find content. Love the movie data base but shudder your tech team need a scare to make the app better. So go all Micheal Myers on there a$$. I would still reccomend its worth it.

Like Hulu, it's movies and TV on YouTube, but with longer and more frequent streaming delays and less of a selection, except when YouTube gets mad that it has no competition and has more streaming delays. It's not your ISP, as each app's streaming delays has its own disgusting, creepy personality, and all of these companies justify their self-sabotage by claiming they love the movie theaters and don't want to see them close, as if theaters never had qualities worth keeping them open for.

Paid for an annual subscription. Cant use that now and when I reached out to customer support i was told that it didnt transfer over to a new system. The advice I received from Shudder was to subscribe again, pay another fee and then they would at it on the back end. I havent had access to my account for 6 months but they want me to subscribe again. Worst customer service I've ever gotten and I work in customer service.
