لم أكن أظن أني في يومٍ ما قد أكتب إلى امرأةٍ قد سكنت صدري، حتى أصبحت عيناها راحتي وهلاكي، ولم يدر في خاطري يومًا أني أقع في شباك الحبّ ولا أملك سوى الاستسلام. أكتب إليكِ اليوم وفي عينيّ بحر من الدمعات، وألفُ رايةٍ للحنين.
لا أحبّ لعبة الكلمات، وتفسيراتها، وطريق الكتابة الغارق في المعاناة، لكني أجد نفسي مجبرًا أن أخطو إليكِ عبرها، وأن أضع ما يثقل أيامي بالحزن والقلق على ميزانكِ.. سائلًا إياكِ أن تحلي قضيتي، وتعدلي بيني وبين ما سرقه الغياب من أحضان، ونظرات، وصوتٍ كان يبعث في مهجتي الأفراح.
لم أدرك كم هو قاسٍ هذا الغياب! ومعنى أن أتوه في خرائط الحنين، أبحث عن مخرج يدلني عن نصفي الآخر، ذلك الذي أضعته دون أن أدري، وكيف أن تاريخي يستحيل إلى لحظاتٍ معدودة، تغيب فيها كل الوجوه ويبقى وجهكِ خالدًا بها.
تخيلتُ حياتي لو أني لم ألقاكِ؛ فلم أجد سوى صورةً لوجهٍ كئيب يعيش في قوقعة من حزن.. ليس لديه غاية واحدة سوى الهروب من كل ما تعلق في ذاكرته. أنا من صالحتني الأيام عندما وضعتكِ في طريقي.
