I have used this app for a long time and I would say 3 out of ten times it doesnt give me my points for going in . Just last night we were in there and it didnt give me any point and the last two times it didnt either my boyfriend gets his but I dont mine. The things that your supposed to get in the mail like the bingo game that's going now neither one of has got . We spend alot of money at dottys and I think we should atleast be able to get our points and the promotional things in the mail

This app used to be incredible when it would work. It would reward you for time spent in the establishment by giving you points. You can either use the points for weekly, monthly or by yearly drawings, or you could save the points and redeem them for $10 worth of play on the machines at any Dotty's. I'm not sure what happened to what was one of my favorite apps and many times the reason I went into Dotty's to play instead of other places, but they need to get on top of things.

Love the games service is great but not getting any points i play at dottys everyday i played four months straight two hours everyday my points has been stuck on 999 all the way until everything closed

it was totally unclear which Bluetooth device i was supposed to symch with and in the end none of them worked. i sat playing for about an hour and on 2 seperate occasions and still have a total of 0 points..so far it all seems rather "pointless".

The store it self and the employees are excellent!! The app however is not updating my points and seeing that I was there one day for over 4 hours and 2 days later for almost 2 hours the app would glitch up and not give me my points I've tried reaching out to the corporate office and still got zilch this app is useless

the app is a major disappointment. There is no way to see if your collecting points and the app never registers me in a store. so my friend that I go with has had over 5,000 points and over 100 entries in drawings I get nothing. Its horrible!
