Purbakanya is an app to help every girl of purba medinipur, it has "nirbhaya" which is designed to help someone when she is in danger also she can inform if she is forced to do child marriage. Purbakanya has all the features of kanyashree and also it provides with health & nutrition, career guidelines and motivational thoughts.

Features

• Beneficiaries can track their application by entering the application id and their date of birth.
• They can view their application details
• The app helps beneficiaries to lodge their complaints/feedback online on various predefined services related issues after downloading and installing it in their android mobile.
• Beneficiaries can share their experience approved by the admin through this application.
• They can check the payment status of the grant by entering the application id and their date of birth.
• Beneficiaries can view the health and nutrition related information uploaded by the admin
• An interface is provided in the application through which anyone can view the information regarding career option and skill development
• Beneficiaries can view motivational videos uploaded by the admin. They can also upload such video of their choice provided it would be approved by the admin.
• A special distress tool (NIRVAYA) will be provided in this application. The first time user would be able to register in the system using their name and mobile number. There will be a option for the user to include the mobile numbers of three people of her choice to whom the distress call will be relayed. By default the distress message will be relayed to the admin and the police station.
• To prevent child marriage there will be another alert tool where the user can alert the admin and the local police station, if a situation arises where the parents or anyone tries to forcibly marry off the user.
