Does not work if you change network ID. *Revised Review:* I updated my review to 5 stars. Jacklyn from Shade Store reached out to me and worked with me till the issue got resolved. My issue was resolved was with a space that would get created after entering "!" as part of the password. Once that was identified, following the online instructions worked.

This App hasn't worked 90% of the time. Some shades in a designated area either won't go up or down, Rooms disappear entirely, error messages stating devices are offline?!?! Really has been a frustrating experience with this app and I wouldn't recommend it but I do love the shades! I would love some resolution so we can enjoy the automated features of our shades.

When it worked, it was erratic. Now it doesn't work at all after an update. Now it cannot be re-synced at all. Newish 2020 shadestore install. Terrible app.

Not sure why it gets all the bad reviews. Was very easy to setup my shades, create scenes, and set timers. Probably the easiest to figure out and use of all my home automation apps. Sure, it doesn't have alot of features, but everything it does it does well. Only gave it 4 stars because I would like more features. Such as sunset/sunrise timers, IFTTT integration or an open API to allow integration with other home automation apps. A low battery indicator forthe shades would also be nice.

Laughably bad. For starters, this piece of junk requires access to your location data and your files and media. Why? Just to open and close a set of blinds. Why does it need to see my files to do so? Secondly the stupid thing gets stuck in a crash loop for me on a Note 10, every time just after entering user name and password. The Shade store should stick to what they know and just open up their products for integration by third parties who know how to build apps to control.

The setup process - manual and auto - fail with unhelpful error messages. Once I eventually got the blinds added the app deleted all my rooms and blinds after a week. And somehow after adding my blinds back one still has the old schedule and I can't change it. Oh and one blind randonly closes halfway occasionally. Don't spend money on this, it is laughably awful.
