I don't understand why I have to have location turned on to get this app to connect to my fridge. If no gps, it will not connect. History info is also really sparse and you're unable to review daily power draws or temperatures beyond a few hours or a full week. I really wanted to like this but can't recommend, even though it seems to be the only app for my Dometic fridge. ARB is much better and useful.

Updated 4/28/21. When launching the app on a Pixel 4a it often shows the cooler is set at -1 even though it is set at 40 F degrees on the cooler. If you deny location it won't connect to the cooler at all which makes no sense for the user. Why would I want a cooler broadcasting my location back to Dometic? Unfortunate it is mostly useless and unreliable. I have been using Version as of 4/22/21. This app. needs serious work. Dometic's answer below is generic and no help.

This was difficult to get talking via Bluetooth, but somehow I got it working. The app doesn't show a lot of information, it doesn't even tell you when the compressor is running in the cooler. It would be nice if it showed wattshours used - that's more useful than amphours when the battery voltage keeps changing. And there is a major bug - every time I start the app it shows that I have set the cooler to -1°, but it's actually set to 40°. And the actual temperature reflects the 40° setting.

Had various errors in previous versions but the freezer has been fine. Not sure if this was a bug in the app or not. When I've been away from electric hook up the ability to control the temperature on the freezer to manage the battery drain is really easy especially when it's in a locker that I have to access from outside. The latest version however keeps crashing so I can no longer control the freezer even after reinstalling the app and repairing the Bluetooth.

Dometic needs to get this fixed! This was a great selling point for me and it doesn't work!! My android paired to the Dometic easily with and with out this app installed. The app doesn't connect to the Dometic and tells you to "check settings". Settings shown my CFX3 55IM is connected every time I check. There is no other screen or help tab, that's all you get. Dometic has an excellent record but the app is a POS and make them look bad. If Bluetooth is important you may want another mfg.

So far app seems to work with the new CFX3 75DZ. Some feedback: With the physical door latches facing me; physical dual zone orientation does not match app's diagram; this may easily confuse end users. The graph seems confusing unless I misunderstood it; amp hour units only makes sense if you are not frequently switching between 12, 24, or AC sources. Graph-wise not sure how temps directly correlate to ah/h usage. Compressor status, manual control, and other logic/temp triggers would be amazing.
