This is by far the worst picture sharing app idea in the history of ideas. Warn people they'll need some program (that's not free) to open the compressed pictures we didn't know we were getting. Just give the customer a flash drive and use this crappy app as an emergency back-up. Also, remember there a huge difference between a "photographer" and a person with a cool camera.

App allowed me to download 2 of 140 pics. It's been stuck at that for two days. Tried force stop, delete and reinstall, restart phone, but nothing works. Just keeps saying download already in progress. I'm soooo frustrated.

Excellent customer service They had switched memory cards in the middle of our experience with the dolphins so we didn't have all of our pictures. I didn't realize it until we came home from vacation 2 weeks later. I contacted them and they were able to find the missing pictures!! I am so thankful!

Worst app ever. Instead of sending you a link to your pictures, they make you download this crappy app! 5 days now and it is still at 50% download. You can't download any other pictures until that download is finished

I downloaded the app about 3 - 4 days after my excursion. No problems at all, app worked perfectly on my phone. I have a Samsung J7 and the app opened with no problems. The first thing the app asks for is to verify the email address given upon paying for the tickets. Next step is to either scan in the barcode on the receipt or key in the code on receipt, which I did with no issues. Once done, our photos automatically popped up. Only confusing issue is when I hit the down arrow to download the photos, the app told me there is an active request open. I was a little confused by this. I waited for the email the instructions told us would come to the email on file - which came within about 5 minutes of registering the app. Once I received the app I went back into the app, after initially closing app, and I was able do download all the photo's that were taken that day with no issues. Hopefully I will be able to print / upload to social media with no issues with a watermark. We were assured that we can print once we download. Reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the confusion with the downloading pics initially. Otherwise the app is a 5 star and easy to use.

App does not work on Pixel 3. When you get your photos code to download the app says the code does not work even though the phone recognizes the code correctly and has a good internet connection. Staff at the experience location are unable to help with the issue and blame the phone. They told me this has been a know issue with the app on all Pixel phones since at least Pixel 2 and they have not yet fixed it. Make sure this app works on your phone before buying photos.
