Extremely high commision rates and shipment costs!!! Before the App. was purchased by Trendyol it was much more user-friendly. There was a purpose if selling stuff here. Now, they only cut a huge lump of your earnings. Extremely diaappointed as a long-term user and thinking if switching platforms.

Commission rates and shipment prices keep increasing everyday and they force the sellers to cover the shipment prices for orders above 250₺. Greedy app but it's one of the only ways to get rid of unused items. They are abusing their users because they know alternatives are weak compared to this app. Edit: They replied saying they don't get anything from the shipment costs. No reply to their abysmal commission rates or why they force the sellers to cover the shipment costs though :)

Charges way too much for what it offers. For instance, if you sell something for 5000₺, they cut 600₺ from the seller and 400₺ from the buyer. Not to mention the way they turn a blind eye to fake products and dealers of such products regardless of our consistent reports (just because those sellers make them a lot of money). While at the same time, they block users' accounts that sell legit products in a way that doesn't suit their greediness (perfume decanters for example). Terrible work ethic!

It is an app that is useful for people to sell their items that is in a good condition relatively.But it is so annoying that the app gets comission from this and it is too much.

This app does not allow foreigners to sell items we don't need that someone else could benefit from. Most Foreigners sell item very cheaply especially if they are relocating which many Turkish nationals could utilize. I am disappointed about their discriminatory practice.

Dolap discriminates against foreigners and doesn't let them sell on its app, which is disgusting. I've emailed their support team many times, but support either doesn't respond or gives completely irrelevant answers. You'll see what I mean, because they'll probably respond here asking me to email support. Avoid Dolap at all costs.
