Stay up-to-date with celebrity deaths. Perhaps you recently saw an old movie or TV show, or heard an old song, and got to wondering whether the performer is still alive. Maybe you heard a rumor that a celebrity died recently, and you want to check it out. Or maybe you have a stubborn friend who insists someone has died, when you're sure they haven't, but you need a way to prove it. Whatever your reason is, if you're looking for the quickest way to find out whether someone is alive or dead, this app is your friend!

Our data base contains over 3,500 entries of notable people of our time, including actors and actresses, musical performers, sports figures, politicians, and many more. Entries include the person's full name, date and place of birth, date and cause of death, and a brief summary of what they are known for. Over 1,000 entries have photos. New entries and photos are added weekly.Celebrity deaths are usually published the same day they are announced.

This app is an updated version of our "Who's Alive and Who's Dead" app, but with new features and content such as photos and with better support for newer phones and tablets.

Our data base is oriented to the U.S. audience. While it does contain listings of famous folks from Canada, the U.K., and the rest of the world, the goal is to focus on people who are well-known in America. We deliberately avoid padding the data base with long-dead folks such as John Wayne, Elvis Presley, etc., so that we can bring you the best resource for keeping up people from today and the recent past.
