This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AAC - Pictures to Speech on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

The purpose of this app is to allow the user to generate speech by either selecting pictos (pictures with associated words) or typing by typing text (Typing not yet implemented).
