Good app but won't do it for me. At best you can set a reminder 7 days before, I'd like at least 2weeks before, or the option to manually set the interval myself. Age displayed is not the current age but the future age (current age +1) I find it not so intuitive to read. Minor remark: The countdown "in 250 days" is kind of gloomy, If I had the option I would certainly hid it.
