It literally said that divorce may make you sad "like glue that has hardened to a fixture and trying to unglue it." Yeah. Actual words taken from the app. So, it will also merely give you a description of things like depression and recommend changing your thoughts and habits. Ugh Just get the original CBT book "Feeling Good"

It is just as it sais... A collection of strategies. All to read about. No exercises. Nothing interactive. Don.t buy premium ;)

Do not buy the upgrade for the app. You are spending the money only to basically get a definition of what CBT is, you can Google this and save yourself a few dollars. The app has decent information just saying that the upgrade is a rip off.

Just a bunch of info I could have found online. Not really an "app" at all. I paid for the premium thinking that would make the app work. Nope, more useless info I could have found online. I want a refund.

A lot of info, some of it I don't agree with. I wish there was a more hands-on side to the techniques suggested. Also, there is no mention of ACT (3rd wave CBT) at all...

I would love to give this app more than 5 star rating. Its great because it would cover about your habits pointing out mentality. Its helpful for me since I do have family problems. It taught me something personal which is very good for me. thumbs up!
