Needs updating, come on Halfords sort out your products give them some support, these dash cams cost quite a lot the front and back being around £100 and the app features don't all work.

Don't bother downloading the app,it's not the best.Its a struggle after you finaly pair the camera to your phone.Download what you think is the footage only to find its not.Then its a nightmare to get from app to your gallery. Just take the memory card out of camera and put it in your phone. Go into your gallery and footage will be there for you to view and upload to social media etc.

Don't waste your time. I've got a HDC300 and the apps useless. The live feed is just a black screen and any videos I try to download doesn't download on my phone. What's the point of a app is it doesn't do anything it's supposed to.

Great app but...... This app works very well with Halfords dash cams but when in the live view the screen goes so dark you cant set the viewing angles up properly. Please can you worth this out app dev! It runs the whole experience

Hate Hate Hate Hate this HDC 400. Doesn't want to connect, switches off and on over and over and over again making a bloody infuriating chime every time. Doesn't record to the sim card half the time, makes you download the video before watching it. Just go and get a more expensive one, the extra money is worth it because the time saved trying to get the App to connect to the camera is worth money. I am so annoyed at this I have binned it. Can't even be bothered to take it back to Halfords.

Camera good value for money, app works OK, a few glitches but nothing major, with the exception of getting the downloaded video off the app, it gives a error message and restarts app! Obviously an important error. Standard halfords, once you have bought their product they stop caring, like the development team of this app!
