Bought the French version of the book and downloaded this accompanying app to start my lessons. Unfortunately the app's precorded audio does not seem to play on my phone. It will record and playback my own recordings, but that's not very helpful when I have nothing to compare myself to.

It is an extremely bad experience with this app. I purchased 4 books from this series but can't use the app. I downloaded it to my Samsung A50 phone and waited for more nearly 1 hour for downloading the audio package with my full wifi at home. However, due to the low battery, I couldn't wait longer and decided to uninstall this app. I have already contacted the Ad via email but no one has responded yet. I do need the audio files for my learning. Please send me the dowloadable link. Thanks

Hi, I bought the book 15 minutes Italian since I wanted to use the app with it, but it turns out is not usable in my pixel 5 right now. Audios won't play. I would hit play ante text listen and repeat would go blue but nothing else happens. Recording works ok (I can hear myself back) but don't seem to be able to delete or re-record. Phone back button is exiting the app. I bought the book to use with the app, so can I please get some support or fixes? Thanks Emiliano
