This is a kids app and any kids app that does not support restricted profiles deserves one star. Come on, restricted profiles have been in android since 4.3 and my kids will only use a tablet in restricted mode. I don't want to "pardon your pixie dust", you should have it working by now.

Im so sick of trying to buy tokens and having it say the payments gone through then that there was a validation issue. I dont have this problem with any other games and ive brought tokens before. My daughter is getting sick of reading the same books. I will have to uninstall if not fixed soon

One of the worst written apps ever. It's slow as molasses regardless of
connection. Tried installing it and reading a book while waiting for the Up
show at Animal Kingdom. It took 15 minutes to download the book on EITHER
fast LTE or the Disney wifi (also fast). And once it did load, the book
never came up. Just spins forever. Wanted to read a book to lower my kid's
frustration and instead my frustration went through the roof. As a software
developer myself, I would be embarrassed to admit I helped write this app.

This app is one of the worst. It is slow and consistently displays error messages. I've tried using multiple devices, and creating new accounts. My card has been charged twice, yet I am still unable to access any books.

App constantly breaks. We have a subscription and my child likes to view his profile after each read. This is too much for the app and crashes constantly. Very poorly coded app. I'm a Disney fan so this makes this even more disappointing.

I have a subscription for my daughter. She loves disney and likes to pick a
book to read before bedtime. Now the problem is, getting charged for the
subscription every month. Then still having to email help services after
being charged every month, because the subscription did not go through??
But I have proof payment clearly went through?? 😑😑😑😑 so every month
after being charged I have to send an email that the subscription has not
been applied???
