Congratulations on making one little girl cry her eyes out. I purchased the full unlock option for my daughter to play on her sub-account. When I load the game up on her account, there is no way to restore purchases. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially when it's supposed to be a quality Disney product, and carries a hefty price point. I am extremely disappointed and have requested a refund from Google.

My 6 yr old daughter loves this game, however we purchased 2 pets for her in-game and they don't work! I've tried contacting Disney and troubleshooting myself and can't get the purchased content to download properly. Don't purchase anything- it's a waste of money and tech support is not helpful.

Some moron didn't realize it was broken and left it up for us folks who were ignorant to the fact to suffer from this idiot's blatant incompetence. I even attempted to contact customer support and got no response. Pfft, what a joke. And this is DISNEY, for cryin' out freakin' loud! I would expect much better from them. Refunding my money and then I shall proceed to uninstall this piece of junk. Very, very dismayed.

My daughter loved this game, so we decided to buy all the pets. Unfortunately, they seem to stay locked, and it keeps telling us that the download failed and to check our internet connection. I know for a fact it isn't our internet, so what's the deal disney? Now I have a heartbroken kid because she can't play with the new pets we bought for her. Will gladly change my one star review for a five when this is resolved.

Bought the full package so my daughter could access all the pets and the app won't open. She is very annoyed. I am frustrated. Not sure how to get this working again. :-( OK so I have now downloaded the new version of this app but after spending 6.50 buying pets for my daughter on the old version, I thought they would be unlocked because of the purchase being in my history on my Google play account, but no. Why should I have to buy them again?! Can I get refunded for my previous purchase?

I'm quiet disappointed in this. I've downloaded several times for my daughter and bought her new pets and I can't ever get the game to download the new pets. I've wasted 5 dollars on pets. Among there's no way to get hold of them to get my money back!!!! Add in lots of tears from my 5 year old because the game NEVER works!
