At first it was maybe 2 stars but after the update on the 8/23/19 things got better. But this app needed to be up & running about a week or two before the Expo !!!

Somehow the app logged me out and I can't connect my badge number to the app again and be able to see reservations. Also lost all my favorites.

I dont want to watch this silly animation every time I open the app. Reservations have been a nightmare so far. Its crazy that a multi-billion dollar company cannot make a good app

so there app didn't work when it was supposed to on friday and moved to Saturday. now I was unable to book anything as I was not available at the time. an error on your part now made it so I can attend anything. big waste of time and money it seems now.
