Simply does not work. The instructions say "just download and open and run the app!" Connection is lost within seconds, and you start again. Endlessly, apparently. Don't bother downloading, since Dish didn't bother to provide an app that works. No real revenue stream for them, so they didn't put in any resources to develop a working app.

Messed Up Polk Sound Bar. Looked like it should work, seemed like easy set up. I chose spotify, hit play, and lost all sound. Saw in app that "device not compatible with spotify." Closed app and turned off dish music in tv menu. But still no polk audio sound for shows. Had to get out polk user manual to get tv sound to go through Polk bar. So disappointed.

The app worked for 5 minutes and then stopped. I did everything possible and still can't get it to play anymore. Just like the Joey we have, it's problematic. The Joey constantly loses signal and cuts off the apps all the time now.

When I first started using the app about two years ago it worked great, sound quality was fantastic. That being said.....the last six months the app can not even make it through a song without saying connection lost, then you go to reconnect and absolutely nothing happens. PLEASE FIX!!!!!!

Well when I use my personal library of music I put it on Shuffle, and it don't switch to the next song all it does is Buffer and the song keeps playing, can't switch to the next song. My only issue is that!!

Could not connect to spotify. Spotify is not compatible. You guys say it is then tell me to contact spotify. They have no idea how to make your app work. Spotify is compatible with play-fi but NOT dish music. Please let the biggest music provider work. Quit lying to people when you know damn well spotify wont work.
