Would not even allow me to create an account in "profile" under sign in or create new account!!! Kept saying "whoops"!!! Sorry if having this much trouble from start not worth it!! Had to uninstall which is disappointing because grandson was looking forward to having a good learning, fun experience!!

The worst app I see people playing in tabs but I play in mine too. But I went to the 3D dinosaur I typed the serial number it said your are good to go but nothing happend. Also I went to shark week it said find flat surface and tap to go underwater and I touched ok then it was full black I tapped like a 20 times but nothing happened so please do not waste your time playing this garbage game.

Can't create an account. I attempted to create an account for my son. The app randomly generated 10-12 user names that were already taken before it picked one that was available. After completing several steps, up to entering my email, a message popped up saying the username wasn't available and the app froze. If Discovery wants people to use this app creating an account needs to be more user friendly.

seems like a great concept. my son was very excited to try it out but we tried to set up an account and it kept freezing so we didnt get to set one up. So we tried to use it without an account and nothing would load. Just stay frozen!

sorry I give 3 star,,because my update (4 feb 2020) cannot load any AR character,,its stack at earth picture,,I use xiaomi note 7, it also happen in my other devices realme 5 pro,,can you check this out and solve my problem,
