Apps English version have to release in every country, that can get more user in every area. You have to show me my won location in my profile, as for privacy i say you don't show location on profile. Let us edit name. And last put video calling and photo sharing options. Its would make you more interesting to attract users. Keep in mind if yours yours video advertising may let user feel boring. I given five star hope you develop fast. And every country can use it
