App crashes constantly while in use and isn't streamlined at all. Your credentials don't always get saved and so you find yourself having to log in to other parts of the app EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU OPEN THE APP. Descriptions of promotions get cut off as well and various times you are unable to read the parameters for a coupon or sale item. Add to that that Kroger is constantly being hacked and losing customer private info: it is an extremely difficult app to put any faith in.

It's tricky making sure I put items in the correct cart because some coupons and sale items are in store only , pick-up, or delivery. Then trying to see if my coupons were deducted takes longer to place my order. like today I was to get $3 of my produce and it wasn't showing. So I had to go back and delete my produce.y free water coupon is still active and couldn't see where my water is deducted. That's when more work is done to check receipts to match items and coupons.

Used to be so much better of an app. Every single time you search something you must manually choose to only show items available in store. Making another search seconds later requires you to do this all over again. Rinse and repeat for a whole shopping list and suddenly Walmart looks a heck of a lot more enticing. -- Removing/checking items from the shopping list is a pain. You have to do it twice for it to apply the change and it always loses your spot on the page by going straight to the top.

The "Savings" menu is utterly pointless. It consists of coupons and ads. Why do we need the ad in there? We have a tab specifically for the ad. Why make us take an extra step to see the coupons? Especially when each page takes a long time to load. Just change the tab back to coupons only. Every time I am forced to update this app, it gets worse. Now the thing won't even work. It takes a few minutes to load and when I go to a different tab, it crashes.

App has become cumbersome. No longer easy to navigate through coupons. Feel like I go around in circles. Select all to see and only a few of many display. I can't find things anymore. It used to be much easier to search, select criteria, save, etc. I've also been having connectivity or freezing issues for well over a month now, especially in the store. Go back to a prior model and undo supposed improvements. Terrible & frustrating; I find the app almost useless compared to earlier versions.

When typing into the search bar it adds extra letters. I have to keep hitting backspace to eliminate all of the extra letters. Its aggravating removing the extra letters and time consuming. This issue started a few months ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. The recent update didn't fix this issue. I order from a lot of different places and they all work fine! Thank you for your time! I read a rating for 4/23..stating the same issue!
