Damn bloody experience with this app. Asking to provide that information which is not at all possible to give. Asking for the ''10 digit'' card number which cable operator also don't know 😂and please kindly notify me about the 'NSC number'. Please develop that kind of app by which customer can do online recharge easily by adding or removing few channels according to their own choice.

Waste app don't install just a lost of data. Doesn't even open saying no internet connection, when I just downloaded just now only. Wish they could make it work or removed from Playstore.

don't even try to subscribe this network ,worst in all services whether it is services or customer care. They don't know how to resolve the query, only u will get the SMS that they are working on it.The app is on another level,that it doesn't even work at all .If choose this network u are only responsible for ur regret.

worst application... i have ever seen this kind of app, people dont know how to put rules while logging(This is for APP DEVELOPERS). many are having the same issue and what you stupid guys are doing still..... dont u know how to recovery it.. my card number is 11 digit here it asking me to enter only 10 digit... how could a human being can login... worst worst worst... not responsible guys.. don't download it

Tried installing this app in multiple devices... It simply does not open... Asking to check internet connection everytime... Despite having high speed 4g internet... Stupid and useless app i would say

one of the poor app I hv evr seen. doesn't allow to get logged. they removed their earlier app MySity. when logging into MySity message is showing there is an issue between the cable operators and customers something. absolutely unorganized.. shame on you guys.. after paying for around 800 monthly the app is not even working.. suggest you close the business and do some ferry thela jobs. at least the customer like us will not suffer. 👎👎👎👎
