Update: So, I found a solution on how to claim the photos. What I did was made a report on the app and the team would extend the expiry date. The next step is to open the link directly on pc. The website runs as it should be. This app doesn't. I didn't know the website exist but thank God it does. Claimed all my photos in HD. Thank you team. Claimed my photo but all I got is a blank canvas, forever waiting the photo to load but it won't. The staff from Snow World Genting said I could claim this within one month time, but apparently it's only two weeks. Wasted my money. In short, can't claim the photo. Even if i could, it's blank. Useless.

It does not work. If you email or call into tech support they want the number, time, date and who in the photo and how we are dress. This is there way of not having to find your photo which is only using the code. They are a fraud. I write programs so I know this need to be worked on.

Never gave rating for any app, but this one was a very big disappointment. Payed for pictures at KL tower and when I downloaded the picture it's very very cheap quality. Which are useless. Please someone let me know if any alternatives for getting original quality pictures.

Hi, I bought photos for ski dubai for which I was given a receipt. I asked about digital photos I was told to get them online. I have been online and it says to download this app which I have also done and registered. now it requires a QR code to scan. I was not given one even after asking. All I have is the scan on the receipt which it does not accept. I have emailed digiphotoglobal but no reply. can you please advise how I can get my digital photos please.

Always "server error" for 11 days failed to login, I can't claim my photos from app nor web. Today, after I can loggin and scan QR Code it said "No photo associated with this code" :-( I got two codes none of them work.

I will give zero star if possible. Login by Facebook is not working forcing you to register. The photos uploaded are not original resolution and quality but 697x523. It's very poor quality which is as good as useless. Absolutely abysmally lousy.
