The requests decline itself and sometimes requests come in by no sound or notification. I didn't decline the requests and my acceptance rate getting lower because of invisible decline by didi app. Should improve the app if you really care your drivers. Thanks.

Very good app, when they have an incentive like Get three rides be rewarded with $25, you only get three rides for the duration of the incentive of three hours.

I've been using the app since it's first launch in PE and I have to say it's been easy to use the app. However am very much concerned with the 2 elements that are critical for the driver. 1. Didi must implement the raduis option for drivers so it would be easy for us to work in relevant locations without using to much fuel and expenses. 2. Safety concern. I've engaged with different riders and I fail to understand why Didi doesn't allow us to see the Picture of the rider for every trip.

Overall the Didi driver app functions well. My main concern is that the screen is too cluttered. It's not safe to constantly tap items to select them after accidentally opening an adjacent item. Suggestions Make display of items optional after say 3 views Earnings Promotions Trip Check Didis route map needs to be much more pronounce like Uxxr...

This is a good Application i would love to give it 5 stars but you need to change the incoming tone. The volume is very low and the ringing period is very short. And please also add the Data App calling option,because sometimes we run out of airtime and we need to call out the riders. I'm missing my trips due to that issue please sort it out.

The Driver App works well, just got 2 suggestions. 1st. As drivers we need an option to Add Credits to the Rider's account when they are paying Cash, in the event we don't have change for them, it becomes very inconvenient to wait for a rider while they try and ask for loose change around. 2nd. I am grateful for the option to flag other areas as dangerous,& I think there are a few missing to the least & the more we decline trips in these areas, then it affects our AR Overall the app is Great!
